I was listening to a podcast 2 days ago where they were discussing the J&J baby powder fiasco, and saying that J&J managed to silo off part of their operations, so that the siloed entity went bankrupt, but the rest of the company continued unimpeded.

My concern, especially in Canada, is that it will be a battle of the experts. And as we have seen, if the judge cannot determine who is more believable, they tend to defer to government. But I believe judges should spend some time really learning the facts and biology. It is complicated but I believe this complexity is being used and requires individuals to do some legwork themselves.
I don’t expect any court case in Canada. Tribunals would not take the case or would dismiss the case under pressure of the government. Courts have trampled the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms for the last 3 years, not only at federal level but also at provincial level.
The National Citizen’s Inquiry on government response to the Covid pandemic, despite being held all across Canada, saw no coverage from the national mainstream media. Even the House of Commons refuses to hear or debate about it.

I was listening to a podcast 2 days ago where they were discussing the J&J baby powder fiasco, and saying that J&J managed to silo off part of their operations, so that the siloed entity went bankrupt, but the rest of the company continued unimpeded.

The way out of this mess:
1. Create an easy system for real money: private currencies/warrants based on real assets, goods, services, etc. (gold, corn, oil, distance/volume/weight transportation, labor human hour/minute, etc.)
2. Ban legal tender. Let the free markets decide which real-currencies/valuables/warrants they prefer to trade with
3. Ban paper-backed currencies (unlike real-backed ones of point 1.)
4. Enforce a Legal Banking Reserve of 100% of deposits (so banks don't create money based on air) and therefore there's no excuse for a Central Bank, because there would be no risk of bank-runs since all their loans are fully backed with deposits

Class action lawsuit
It might be time to back Leighton Grey’s class action lawsuit. My concern, especially in Canada, is that it will be a battle of the experts. And as we have seen, if the judge cannot determine who is more believable, they tend to defer to government. But I believe judges should spend some time really learning the facts and biology. It is complicated but I believe this complexity is being used and requires individuals to do some legwork themselves.
I don’t expect any court case in Canada. Tribunals would not take the case or would dismiss the case under pressure of the government. Courts have trampled the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms for the last 3 years, not only at federal level but also at provincial level.
The National Citizen’s Inquiry on government response to the Covid pandemic, despite being held all across Canada, saw no coverage from the national mainstream media. Even the House of Commons refuses to hear or debate about it.
