In layman's terms they didn't give a s$#t about safety or efficacy before they rolled out mRNa transfections to millions upon millions of people worldwide so it's not surprising they don't give a damn now. Should they be made to care? Absolutely, but the general public is still broadly in denial about most of the pandemic lies. It's gonna take that to change before heads roll.

Is there a way to legally attack the following?
"There is no peer-reviewed scientific literature suggesting that the SV40 promoter itself or the other non-functional elements pose a risk to human health."
I mean, this contradicts the very basics of genotoxicity. There is stuff on the SV40 promoter - AND, any of the other elements may find their way into the nucleus through a number of mechanisms. We also do not know each and every contaminant. Seems like impossible to predict the different fragments and aberrant proteins. Will the retro-integrate? Where? etc etc. all these are real concerns previously described, in various legal documents that considered genotoxicity issues....
Legally? This will be very difficult because as an astute lawyer told me, the government can lie (use propaganda) against its citizens in a time of war/emergency. Totally legal.
Although these emails tell us a lot, there is a very big context to all of this, that tells us a whole lot more. It doesn't appear the vaccine scientists at WHO knew, all the regulators didn't know, inter-agency meetings were squashed, etc.
