I definitely want to re-iterate - you already said it so well. But the issue is that you have these synthetic things STILL go everywhere, and with these, you WILL have some effect. God knows what. In THEORY only, they will only get translated in muscle tissue. I don't think the experiments fully prove this. Seems to me the tissues and organs analyzed were limited. Did you see anywhere for how long they assessed the whole thing? I don't recall but I suspect they could not really analyze the long-term effects of the synthetic culprits. They used it in "aged mice" ie 10-month old mice and looked for immunity to a live virus challenge at day 42 following the first dose. I have no idea how that would translate to humans and neither do they.
And they really didn't look at biodistribution. That luciferase analysis tells us nothing since it is not very sensitive and there could be translation at low levels elsewhere. It is more like a bivalent vaccine and there were many issues with the bivalents re production (both mRNAs in one LNP or separate then mixed) and the possibility of chimeric proteins etc etc
The fact that this paper admits that an adjuvant is needed, and a cytokine at that, is very telling imho.
My best guess is that SarsCov2 was definitely not a “lab leak”.

I'm trying to find further data on what the uptake is in the mitochondria. Would you have any data/papers on that that your willing to share? I know Jess Rose and her team are also investigating the mDNA effects, but I don't move in her circles. I know there are lots of peeps getting cagey and protective about their data, because they want to be on the glory wave in history, of the most horrible and species altering event, whether well meaning or not. I'm just a simple non-practicing health professional, trying to help my local community with understanding what works and what doesn't.🤷♀️

As for the biodistribution, here is an article that outlines the regulatory requirements in order to determine biodistribution of something like this product. The LNPs, the lipids themselves, the mRNA and the expressed protein have to be assessed separately because there isn't always a linear relationship between them contrary to what you have been told. You would radio-label the cholesterol (because it is easiest) and then use this radio-labelled cholesterol to make the LNPs.
