As always, thank you! So many details and clear information. I began to analyze the poly(A) tail issue in my book and it quickly became clear how little we know about the entire RNA life-cycle. So many things going the opposite way then told in the narrative. It is sobering to see, as you describe, that many of the issues and gaps were known during "vaccine" "design" and rollout.
Those segmented poly (A) tails really bother me. Another synthetic modification, maybe more impactful than the N-1-methylpseudouridine. If you wanted to modify the tails, you'd start with modifying the adenosines wouldn't you? The addition of a segment signals to me that lots of work was done on the tail.
You may be unto something. I am sorry I cannot devote the time right now, to the point I would like to (actually decided to write and submit an article re the mRNA vaxs and environmental issues). As for this being more concerning than via psi.... When I scrutinized the claim that the "mRNA will be quickly degraded" in my book, I did much of this from the perspective of the RNA life-cycle, ie., how little we know of it, and how many mechanisms would allow the mRNA to just get recycled and reused again and again.... When I wrote this part of the book, I did not have much details on HOW EXACTLY they modified the tail. I did it more generally, from the perspective that RNAs are know to do the opposite as planned.
Thanks Maria. Your readers might already know that Pfizer Process 2 did not apply the purification techniques shown in the Figure in the paper by Anna Blakney and coworkers. Pfizer admitted in March 2021, in a correction, initially lying to the FDA and EMA in November 2020 by claiming Endotoxin is controlled, whereas it is only measured in every batch. The LAL test EU/ml results are deadly secrets.
Thanks Geoff. Pfizer lied??? The endotoxin one is a big one but the SV40 takes the cake imho. Also endotoxin activating complement? That might be the cause of serious AEs within the first 24-48hrs. Nanoparticles are infamous for that.
Yes that figure isn’t accurate for Pfizer since they also didn’t clean up the mRNA with chromatography but it showed the poly A tail bit which is often missed.

Pfizer lied alright. Their Patent states Endotoxin Lipid A is their preferred "Adjuvant".
